This consumer-driven marketing program utilized Costco loyalists to create awareness and buzz around the TrueEarnings Card and rebate. The initiative was propelled by promotional emails and newsletters driving users to mytrueearnings.com, where they were able to share their experiences and insights about their TrueEarnings Card. The program garnered such overwhelming response from Cardmembers that a community site was proposed to American Express and Costco and it is currently in development.
